Return And Refund Policy.
All items purchased on line through Planet Organics Sdn Bhd are not returnable except for products that are damage caused during the delivery or expired upon delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
GOODS SOLD OUT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Planet Organics Sdn Bhd only process non-perishable through courier service in Malaysia at the moment. You are responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with each item according to the courier service charged. As for our perishable products such as fresh vegetables, fruits, ice-cream, etc, we will provide complimentary home delivery upon above RM60 of goods order within Klang Valley area.
All orders will be delivered via Poslaju, Gdex, Skynet, Zoomer, Aramax, DHL courier service. Planet Organics currently ONLY ACCEPT orders for delivery within Malaysia and should arrive within 1-14 business days later depending on area shipped to after payment received.
Delivery will not be offered on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.
In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the Product due to your absence in receiving the Products at the designated address agreed by you, or your failure to provide accurate or complete address or other details required for delivery, you agree that you shall bear the cost of any further deliveries of the Products to you and that the Planet Organics shall give no refund to you for the Products or for the delivery charges thereto under the aforementioned circumstances
Planet Organics currently ONLY accept orders for delivery within Malaysia. For overseas delivery, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Planet Organics will deliver to the shipping address that the customer specifies. However additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete or a correction is required by Courier Service. Planet Organics is not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
